PIC Development Tools. The ICEPIC range of In-circuit emulators has lowered the cost of developing the Microchip PIC. The first ICEPIC was shipped in May 1995, since then they have shipped over 10,000 units making the ICEPIC the worlds most popular emulator.

Microchip Technology has decided to distribute the product for them and also integrate the product into their own MPLAB operating system. They also offer programmers, C Compilers, BASIC Compilers, a range of reference books, tutorials and project boards to provide a complete source of Development equipment for the PIC microcontroller.
